OUR DESIGN PROCESS
STEP 1
The first step in our design process is to schedule an initial consultation in which the designer will:

Get a better understanding of the scope of the project

Take measurements and photos of the space

Ask clients questions about their style and functional needs

Establish which package fits the clients needs
PACKAGE OPTIONS
CONSULT
Designer works with client on a consult basis. Rate is set by an hourly fee of 95 an hour. If you have questions about furniture placement, paint colors, furniture selection, or any other little things in your home, this package is for you!
DESIGN
Designer will prepare a power point presentation for a set fee that includes the following:

Floor plan layouts
-
3-D renderings of each plan presented
-
Selections of materials and furniture (counter tops, cabinetry, paint, light fixtures, decor, etc.)
This package includes everything in the design package as well as the designer serving as a project manager for the project. The designer will be involved from start to finish to ensure your project runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Rate will be established upon the initial consultation.

STEP 2
Next step is the presentation, the most exciting step of all! The designer will walk you through a power point presentation addressing all of your functional and style needs. The presentation starts with space planning showing you multiple floor plan layouts for your space.
After addressing the functional needs of the space, the designer will present a selection board. This includes the selections of every item you will need for your space.
Lastly, to pull it all together you can expect 3-D renderings of the different floor plans the designer presented. This visual aid is very helpful when planning for a remodel. The renderings make it easy to envision your remodeling ideas and have the HGTV experience!

STEP 3
Lastly, once all design details are agreed upon, the designer will be there to assist during the demolition and renovation stage. We can work with your contractors if you already have one or supply one if you are looking for someone. This gives you the peace of mind during this chaotic and frustrating stage.
